The Informed Minds App offers you direct access to free support services that can give you a free, confidential and non-judgemental ear to listen. These support services are there to help you in your time of need and they also offer support and guidance to family and friends.
The Informed Minds App also shares with you tools to maintain your daily wellbeing and tools to manage your mood. You can learn simple activities to improve your overall wellbeing and mindset, and you can explore activities to help raise a low mood or slow a busy, worried or stressed mind.
The Informed Minds App shares conversations and opinions on a variety of hot topics from a range of diverse personality types, to include personal and professional perspectives.

What I like most about the Informed Minds App are the real lived experiences from real people - learning from Their learning.
My favourite thing about the informed Minds App is how easy it is to navigate and all of the different categories that you can always find so easily.
My favourite section within the Informed Minds App is the Calm My Mood' section. I can go to this section when I'm feeling a bit stressed out or worried to calm myself down & listen to some meditations.
My favourite feature of the Informed MInds App is the 'A-Z of Figuring it Out' and the wealth of information it offers.
My favourite thing about the Informed Minds App is the A-Z section. This gives you an insight into different kinds of mental health issues such as anxiety & depression but also things like confidence & motivation.
My favourite part of the Informed Minds App is that information and videos are created by us so it gives a community feel & it makes everything a lot more relatable.

The thing that I most like about the Informed Minds App is the fact that we are able to listen to & understand other people's stories - whether or not these are similar or different experiences to our own.
This is really helpful & insightful to either support myself or other people who are going through the same issues.
One of the reasons I think Informed Minds is such a powerful App is the fact that it combines all of these challenges & issues & pulls them together in one space.

What I love about the Informed Minds App is that it is helping young adults & students get the assistance they need right now & that there are real people sharing their stories & their advice.
My favourite part of the Informed Minds App is the lived and learned experiences. Listening to these can give us hope that if someone else came through it, then we can too.
Also the 'Mind Gym'. In there I found that I could educate myself & that I can apply little daily steps to my life that will help me maintain good mental health.
